Cooking in the times of Corona
Spending time in lockdown means having lot of time in my hands. Doing HomeOffice alone frees-up a lot of time spent in traffic to and from work. With restaurants and bars closed, I am left with no choice but to cook every day for the family. Not such a bad arrangement if you like cooking, but I do know of some who would rather not cook. The recipes I have here are pretty easy stuff that require little culinary skills but more of respect for food and the individuals you are feeding.
